It sounds like a good idea to me. Man, I'm becoming a bandwagon-jumper in my old age.
I've been thinking all day of the possibilities... Healthy? Patient? Dream? All good, and all things I need to work on, but the one that really speaks to me is
GraceInstead of negative self talk, I will use kind words of encouragement. Instead of replying in kind when my son and husband are short with me, I will try to remember that there is probably something else they are dealing with. In my dealings with family, I will stop keeping score of all the times I'm the one who picks up the phone (almost always) and just be happy to talk to them. When I'm on the phone with work clients, I will try to remember that they don't deal with these issues day in and day out like I do, and will be patient with their questions. I will try to keep my eyes open for opportunities to help and encourage those who are struggling.
I will remember to be thankful every day, for the Grace that blesses my life, and I will try to bless those around me in kind.

Works for me. Creating those virtuous circles can be quite a challenge.
